Building Lumen
Formalising the operating company behind Aansh's non-clinical side — entity setup, and hardening the software suite (HMIS, CRM, pharmacy) from internal tools into products another clinic could run. The test of the year: make it work somewhere I don't sit.
In the lab
ICSI, culture, cryo — the daily work continues. PhD in clinical embryology at Datta Meghe is on track for 2027; current focus is coursework plus the research question I keep circling: what actually drives outcome variance between labs of similar equipment and skill. (Spoiler: I think it's operations.)
Studying, twice
Finishing the NMIMS MBA this year while preparing applications for a full-time international MBA — GRE done (339/340), essays in progress. The pitch writes itself at this point; the hard part is choosing what to leave out.
Writing
Two essays published, more drafted. The goal is a small, honest body of work at the healthcare-operations seam — judge for yourself.
Reading & life
Papers on embryo-selection AI (skeptically), operations classics, and whatever the Pyaar Foundation's rescue dogs allow. Warora camp on the first of every month.
