Chandrapur, Maharashtra — est. 2021

The operator-engineer building modern fertility care in small-town India.

Doctors treat. I run everything else — the lab, the systems, the growth.

I'm Aayush. I direct Lumen, a company that manages the non-clinical side of IVF centers — operations, marketing, and purpose-built software — and I head the embryology lab at Aansh Hospital & IVF Center, a government-registered Level 2 ART clinic (Reg. MH/AC/2024/15441) founded by Dr. Shweta Agarwal. Before this I was a software engineer at DeHaat, an agri-tech unicorn. Now I do ICSI in the morning and ship code at night — a combination I write about, because nobody else at this intersection seems to.

I'm a PhD candidate in clinical embryology (expected 2027), finishing an MBA at NMIMS (2026), and building toward one idea: that a family in a town of two lakh people deserves the same standard of fertility care as one in Mumbai — and that the way to get there is operational, not just clinical.
